Refund policy

Damages, Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive damaged, defective or wrong items, please contact us immediately. We may require that photos/videos be taken of the products for inspection purposes. We will do our best to provide a solution to fix your problem. Usually, we will send you replacement parts or a refund. If you eventually choose to return it, we will take care of the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
